Ed Sheeran shares heart-warming video of him serenading a runner
He was filming a video on a canal
Popstar Ed Sheeran's given a runner a workout she'll never forget, by serenading her with one of his songs.
The Suffolk-based musician has shared a video on his Instagram with the caption: 'I was filming a video on the canal today, played a request. If anyone knows the runner lemme know so we can have their POV video for the lols sic'.
In the video, Sheeran, who's on a boat on a canal, can be seen greeting the runner and asking if she has 'any requests' to which she responds 'can you play Tenerife Sea?'.
He then performs the song with his acoustic guitar as the runner jogs on the canal path and films on her phone.
When he finishs, she thanks him and they both go on their way.
Ed later shared a video from an Instagram account called 'nikkiatkinss', which showed the runner's perspective, alongside a caption reading 'This is why we run girls'.
