Eating Disorder charity in the East says they're expecting an increase in calls over Easter
It comes as Easter Sunday edges ever closer- and with it brings talks of things like Chocolate Easter Eggs and Sunday Roasts
A charity based in the east that supports those with Eating Disorders is telling us they're expecting to see an increase in calls for help, this bank holiday weekend.

Tom Quinn is from Beat, based in Norwich:
"We generally do see an increase in people contacting us around all of the different holidays. It is noticeable that most of the traditional holidays- in Christianity and other religions- are often focussed on food".
He has this advise for those worried:
"I think being really clear, planning ahead and avoiding surprises are so important".
"Make sure that your friends and family know what's going on and that messages that are meant to be supportive, perhaps aren't. It's important to not have a lot of conversations about food and how much people are eating".
"Do think about going for a nice Easter walk, watching a film or playing a game or whatever it happens to be- instead of centring things on eating."
"If you do get overwhelmed- go for a walk, or just have some downtime. I think it's really important that you can feel safe and able to do that, and it won't be a big deal if you do.
