Controlled explosion carried out after explosive device found near Bury St Edmunds
The bomb disposal unit has been in attendance
Experts from the army have carried out a controlled explosion near Bury St Edmunds.
It's after a member of the public discovered a mortar shell, 3-4 inches in length, in a wooded area near Barrow yesterday afternoon.
A cordon was in place while the device was destroyed, but it's now been lifted.
