Ipswich Town's Chiedozie Ogbene will miss the rest of the Premier League season through an Achilles tear.
Manager Kieran McKenna says he had successful surgery on the injury yesterday, but it's unlikely he'll return before the summer.
He was taken off injured in the 35th minute against Ipswich's 4-3 defeat to Brentford last week.
Ogbene, a regular for the Republic of Ireland national side, has made six appearances so far this season, yet to register a goal or assist.
He was signed from Luton Town in the summer for £8,000,000.
