Apache helicopter lands at Stowmarket primary school as part of careers day
Children at Ringshall Primary had a very special visitor yesterday
Children at a Stowmarket primary school have been delighted with the visit of an Apache helicopter, which landed on their school field.
Ringshall Primary School held a careers day yesterday which saw the visit of helicopter crews from nearby Wattisham Airfield.
The kids were able to get up close to the helicopter and question its pilots about life in the armed forces.
Representatives from the East of England Ambulance Service and Suffolk Fire and Rescue were also on hand to tell the children about their work across the county.
