Allotments damaged in Bury St Edmunds

It's the latest in a string of criminal damage reports

Police are appealing for witnesses or information following incidents of criminal damage in Bury St Edmunds.

The most recent incident occurred at some point between 7pm on Tuesday (13 April) and 7am on Wednesday (14 April) at the allotments in Cotton Lane.

Bins were kicked over and a gate was forced, causing damage.

It has also been reported that further incidents of criminal damage have taken place at the allotments over a four-week period.

Officers are urging residents to be vigilant and to report any suspicious behaviour as the evenings get lighter.
