100 seat mobile cinema arrives in Sudbury

The attraction will be in the car park of the Kingfisher Leisure Centre until Sunday

A new mobile cinema, based on the back of a lorry, has arrived at a leisure centre in Sudbury.

With capacity for 100 people, it's been brought to the town as a collaboration between the local council and the Abbeygate Cinema in Bury St Edmunds.

It's based in the car park of the Kingfisher Leisure Centre and will be open until Sunday (November 5).

The aim is to boost trade in the town centre and encourage more people to visit during half term week.

The cinema will show a mix of classics, like Ghostbusters and new films, like Barbie.

The schedule for the cinema is as follows:

Tuesday, 31 October

A Haunting in Venice (12A) – 1pm
