Fleur East and the team on the Hits Radio Breakfast Show have decided to raise the stakes, get the adrenaline pumping and do some crazy things!

Every Thursday, Fleur, James and Matt are challenging Emmerdale and I'm A Celeb star Adam Thomas to a series of stunts in #ChallengeAdam, keeping us all entertained whilst we get back to life after the summer.

To celebrate our brilliant NHS nurses, Fleur and the team sent Adam to the beautiful Dorset Coast to take part in the Coastal Cliff Hanger challenge, where he was suspended 62ft with nothing beneath but crashing waves!

Adam's challenge was to hunt the rock face whilst hanging from the cliff to find luxury spa packages for some of our amazing nurses!

Despite some tricky moves and a huge drop below him, Adam smashed his first challenge!
