The men inflicted serious injuries on the victim, as well as the victim's brother.

Four members of the family were arrested immediately following the incident, with the remaining three being arrested over the coming days.

Speaking following the sentencings, Detective Constable Amy Griffiths from South Yorkshire Police said: "I would like to thank all of the victims in this case and their families for their bravery and perseverance throughout this investigation.

"Not only did they suffer physical injuries in this attack, but they are now left dealing with the mental impact that this has had on them. I hope today’s sentences have given the victim's some form of closure."
