A married couple from Neath Port Talbot have been jailed after they were caught supplying Class A drugs.

Plain clothes officers in Clydach witnessed 25-year-old Cerys Horlick making an exchange with the driver of another vehicle before returning to a vehicle in which 41-year-old Benjamin Constance was in the driver’s seat.

Following a search, there was clear evidence of drug supply on both Horlick and Constance’s phones, alongside a small amount of cocaine within the vehicle. Both were arrested, and further drugs were later found on Horlick’s person.

Horlick, from Ystalyfera, and Constance, from Seven Sisters, have been jailed for 26 months and 40 months respectively.

Sergeant Luke Tucker said:

“Officers witnessed the brazen offending of Cerys Horlick and Benjamin Constance, whose dealing operation was quickly identified following their swift arrests.

“We are delighted that neither of them will now be able to pose a danger to the public.”
