3 people charged following death of 2 year old Flintshire boy

North Wales Police say 3 people have been charged in connection with the death of a 2 year old boy in Flintshire.

Ethan Ives died in August 2021 in Garden City.

46 year old Michael Ives and Kerry Ives who is 45 - both from Garden City - have been charged with murder, causing or allowing a child to suffer serious harm and a further charge relating to neglect or abandonment.

Another woman - 27 year old Shannon Ives from Mold is also facing charges of causing or allowing a child to suffer serious harm and of neglect or abandonment

Michael and Kerry Ives will appear before Wrexham Crown Court tomorrow whilst Shannon Ives will appear in court next month.
