Labour MS suspended for allegedly using 'different number plates'
It leaves Labour with just 29 of 60 Senedd seats
Welsh Labour has suspended one of its MS' pending an investigation into her actions.
The decision to administratively suspend Rhianon Passmore comes after allegations surfaced on a political news website that she was seen "driving a car with two different number plates."
Guido Fawkes said Ms Passmore was "spotted driving out of the Welsh Parliament's car park with her number plate hanging off, revealing a different one underneath".
In a statement, Labour said all complaints "are investigated in accordance with the Party's complaints procedures" and "we take the conduct of our elected representatives extremely seriously."
We've approached Ms Passmore, who has represented the Islwyn seat since 2016, for a response to the allegations.
Her suspension leaves Labour short of a majority in the Senedd; the party is now left with just 29 of the 60 Welsh parliament seats.
