Man in hospital after assault in Cardiff car park
It happened in the St Mellons area on Friday evening
A 40-year-old man has been taken to hospital after a serious assault in a Tesco car park in Cardiff. It happened in the St Mellons area, near to the Willows Pub, on Friday night at around 9:15pm.
Police were called to the scene and a section of the car park was cordoned off by officers.
The man's injuries aren't thought to be life threatening. An investigation is ongoing, but no arrests have yet been made.
