Police launch attempted murder investigation after Llandrindod Wells incident

The victim is believed to have been seriously injured in the attack

Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for information following the attempted murder of a man in Llandrindod Wells.

The force said they were alerted to an incident taking place at a property in Llethyr Bryn just after 8:20pm on Saturday evening (December 14th).

When responders arrived at the scene, they found a man who had been seriously injured ; though no information on the type of injuries he sustained were released.

The man was taken to hospital to be treated for his injuries, but his condition currently remains unknown.

Officers are now appealing to the public for information following the incident and are treating the attack as an attempted murder.

Dyfed-Powys said that they are now asking those who may have been in the area at the time of the attack to get in touch as soon as possible.
