Southampton have confirmed boss Ruben Selles will leave at the end of the season.
The club's not renewing his contract but have thanked the Spaniard for 'giving his all' at they tried to stay in the Premier League.
He'll take charge of the team for the final game against Liverpool at St. Mary's on Sunday.
The 39-year-old succeeded Nathan Jones after the Welshman was sacked in February, winning two and drawing one of his first four Premier League games.
But Saints are without a win since then and relegation to the Championship has already been confirmed.
They'll also finish bottom of the Premier League table.
It's reported Swansea City head coach Russell Martin is the favourite to take over.
In a statement, Southampton FC said: "Southampton Football Club can confirm that it has held conversations with Men’s First Team Manager, Rubén Sellés, and decided that his contract will not be renewed when it expires at the end of the season.
"The club wants to place on record its thanks to Rubén for taking on the managerial position at a difficult time for the club and for giving his all as we attempted to stay in the Premier League.
"Rubén will take charge of the team for the final game against Liverpool on Sunday at St Mary’s. We wish him all the best for his future career."
