Police search for "dangerous" driver who narrowly missed two officers

Police are searching for a "dangerous" driver who narrowly missed two PCSOs on their pushbikes in Southampton.

A black Nissan Qashqai was seen being driven dangerously from Bursledon Road onto Orpen Road in Sholing at around 10.20am on Sunday.

Police said the driver failed to stop and mounted a pavement, driving across a small area of grass to Grainger Gardens.

The driver abandoned the car and ran off.

The man is described as white, aged 20 to 40, of skinny build, and wearing a black top.
