Man pronounced dead on M27 hard shoulder
Emergency crews were called this morning
Police have confirmed a man in his 40s has died after he was found on the hard shoulder of the M27.
Emergency crews were called to the westbound carriageway near junction 2 for Ower this morning.
His family's been told.
The death's not being treated as suspicious.
In a statement, Hampshire Police, said: "We were called at 8.45am to a report of a man in his 40s who was on the hard shoulder of the M27 westbound, near junction 2.
"Emergency services attended, but the man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
"His family have been informed by officers. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
