The family of a lorry driver killed in a crash on the M27 near Southampton say he will "always be in our hearts".

They have released a tribute to Michal Kaminski, 36, from Salisbury, who died in a collision with two cars between junctions seven and five last Wednesday.

The statement said: "In loving memory of Michal Kaminski, who died in a tragic crash on the M27 on 21st of February 2024.

"You will always be in our hearts and we will always remember you smiling.

"Loving family and friends."

The police investigation into the collision is ongoing.

The crash closed the westbound carriageway between junctions nine and five for a day and a half while a damaged gantry was removed.

Three people have been released on bail after being questioned on suspicion of a number of offences including causing death by dangerous driving and drink and drug driving.
