Crash involving boat causes delays on M27
It was first reported early on Wednesday morning (April 26th)
A crash involving a boat has led to part of the M27 in Hampshire being closed on Wednesday morning (April 26th).
It happened on the westbound carriageway between junctions 7 for Hedge End and 5 for Southampton Airport and also involved a van.
Hampshire Police said no-one was injured in the incident.
Delays have been reported for those heading westbound, with National Highways saying journeys could take as much as 40 minutes longer.
The carriageway is expected to fully reopen this morning.
