Great Western Railway say services on the line through Oxfordshire, from London to Penzance, will travel slower today.
Chiltern Railways say due to the high winds from Storm Isha there are multiple incidents of fallen trees and debris blocking lines on the network. They say they're working to clear them, but commuters should expect delays.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue are still at the site of a building which partially collapsed overnight. No one was hurt. The area is cordoned off and is likely to extend well into the morning to allow structural investigations take place.
