Renewed appeal on second anniversary of Bicester stabbing

Thames Valley Police is making a renewed appeal for information about a stabbing in Bicester to mark its second anniversary.

Between 4.20am and 4.30am on Tuesday 19 July 2022, four people entered an address on Fakenham Street and stabbed a woman in her thirties multiple times, causing serious injuries.

Three people were arrested in connection with the assault at the time but have been released under investigation. - a 47-year-old man from Bicester, 20-year-old man from London, and 19-year-old man from Bicester.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Sarah Osborne said:

“Despite happening two years ago, we are still investigating this distressing stabbing as we determined to get justice for the victim.

“We arrested three people at the time of the assault but they have all been released under investigation.

“Someone knows something about this stabbing so I am appealing for anyone with information, no matter how small, to come forward."
