Woodstock Post Office has been one of the first places putting them into circulation

As we've been hearing today, the new £5, £10, £20 and £50 denominations which we're set to use, will start to appear from today.

A select number of post offices were able to put them into circulation this morning for the first time, ahead of thousands more branches doing the same in weeks to come.

One of those was Woodstock's Post Office, so we went out and about to talk to people nearby about how they felt about about the new money.

The reaction was a little mixed, out on the streets amongst these people:

"It's so weird to see the King's face, as it had always been the Queen, so it takes some getting used to."

"Is anyone that bothered, I ask myself. It could be the King, Queen or even David Beckham.. It doesn't really matter to me."

"It all feels like a waste of time and money to me, though I knew it would happen following the death of the Queen a couple of years ago."

"I don't think anyone is really too impacted by it. Many people aren't using cash anymore anyway."
