Man wanted over burglary from Oxford hospital
Police say not to approach 35 year old Raymond Starkings
Thames Valley Police is appealing for the public’s help in tracing a man who is wanted in connection with a business burglary in Oxford.
Raymond Starkings, aged 35, of no fixed abode, is being sought in relation to an incident at the John Radcliffe Hospital between 4pm on Tuesday 14 April and 7am the following day.
Starkings is a white man, at around 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build. He has a brown coloured beard, hazel eyes and dark brown coloured hair with a receding hairline.
He is known to frequent hospitals in Oxford.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Timothy Slater, based at Oxford police station, said: “Enquiries have been ongoing to locate Raymond Starkings in relation to this incident but we are now appealing for the public’s help.
“If you see Starkings, do not approach him and call 999 instead. If you know where he is or may have seen him, please call 101 or make a report on our website, quoting reference number 43240171435.
