Man suffers head injuries in Skipton "violent incident"

It's said to have happened on Friday evening

An investigation is underway, after a reported "violent incident" in Skipton.

It happened at around 7.15pm on Friday (4th October) on Newmarket Street, according to North Yorkshire Police.

Three men were involved, with one sustaining head injuries.

Two men, aged 20 and 29, have been arrested and released on bail in connection with the incident.

Officers said: "We’re particularly appealing for any witnesses who saw the beginning of the incident. Please email michael.cullen@northyorkshire.police.uk if you have any information that could help our investigation.
