Two people charged in York murder investigation
They're due in court this morning.
Two people have been charged with murder in York.
It's after the body of a 72-year-old man was found at a property in the Huntington area on Monday (4 November 2024).
It's after a member of the public had raised concerns for the man - because he had not been seen for several days.
The 32-year-old man and 42-year-old woman - both of no fixed address are accused of killing him - and will appear at York Magistrates this morning.
They were also both charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
Police remain at the scene of the murder at this time.
