Pedestrian in 'serious collision' in Harrogate

Emergency services are dealing with a "serious collision" involving a pedestrian in Harrogate.

It happened just before 5pm on Hookstone Chase, near to the Esso garage on Wetherby Road.

Police are asking motorists to avoid the area and follow diversions.
