Five people have now been arrested - after a man was found dead in Selby.
Officers were called to reports of a disturbance on Millgate just after 1 o'clock this morning.
A 21 year-old man was arrested in the early hours of this morning and remains in police custody - four others were arrested today.
In a statement, North Yorkshire Police said: "We were called to reports of a disturbance at an address on Millgate shortly before 1.15am this morning, Thursday 24 March. Officers attended along with the ambulance service.
"We can confirm that a man was pronounced dead at the property and this is currently being treated as a murder investigation."
