McDonalds security guard left with face injuries in York
A 47-year-old man has been arrested
Police are investigating an alleged attack on a security guard at a McDonald's restaurant in York, which left him in hospital.
The security guard's face was injured during the incident on Blake Street just before midnight on Saturday (08 July).
A 47-year-old man from the Wakefield area of West Yorkshire was arrested on suspicion of assault.
Following questioning, he was released under investigation while police enquiries continue.
