Man indecently exposes himself in Harrogate
It happened in January
Police have released CCTV of a man they want to speak to - after a man was seen indecently exposing himself in Harrogate.
It happened between 7pm and 8pm on Saturday 29th January on Kirkstone Road in Starbeck.
The man is described as a white male, aged in his 40s, mousey brown greying hair, glasses, wearing blue jeans and a dark coloured jacket. The man had a small dog with him which had a red bandana around its neck.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101.
