It is as more people head out and about as lockdown restrictions ease.
Experts expect a rise in cyclists and motorbike riders on the road from this month and are urging everyone to take care.
Safer Roads Humber says on average 83 motorcyclists are killed or seriously injured each year in Humberside.
Ruth Gore, who is from there, said:
"So April has nationally been a month where we think about bikes. So if you're a cyclist or a motorcyclist, think about your safety but very much with drivers, think bike, look, look, look again, give them space, give them time, keep an eye out for them and hopefully everybody can share the road together.
"During April is a national campaign about 'think bike' and this is for most motorbikes who have perhaps been away for the winter months, a lot of people just ride in the better weather; so we're asking them to check their bikes over, check themselves over and be sensible.
"As a rider think about what you're doing - be bright, be seen but then to the driver - think, look, particularly at junctions and roundabouts etcetera where majority of collisions occur, look, look again, look twice, look out for bikes, they tend to be smaller and harder to spot so just give an extra look before you pull out."
