Police are appealing for information after several high-value cycles were stolen from a shop in Settle.

It happened overnight between Sunday 22 and Monday 23 May, when offenders used a van to force open the door to a shop in the Market Place. Once inside, they selected bikes from the showroom, and loaded them into the van before driving away.

It is believed the van used in the burglary was previously stolen from the Keighley area. It was white, and marked with the name of a window installation company. Another vehicle, possibly a dark-coloured SUV, may have been travelling with the van.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact North Yorkshire police on 101.
