Scarborough’s Covid-19 infection rate, which lags three to four days behind the case data, has fallen slightly from yesterday.
The borough’s seven-day infection rate is now 169 cases per 100,000 people, down from 171 the previous day.
It means that Scarborough continues to be above the average rate for England, which now stands 158.
The average rate for North Yorkshire has fallen to 101.
The total number of cases in Scarborough since the start of the pandemic is 3,150.
Scarborough’s walk-in coronavirus testing site at William Street Coach Park is offering testing seven days a week from 8am until 8pm.
Appointments for all sites must be booked in advance.
