Woman arrested after flat fire in York
It happened on Fossway around 1.30pm.
A woman in her 30s has been arrested after a fire at a flat in York.
Fire crews were called to Fossway around 1.30 this afternoon.
A number of flats were evacuated.
The road was closed while emergency services attended.
