Warning to leave extra time for visit to York Christmas market
Almost 325,000 people have visited so far this year
Traders are preparing for another exceptionally busy weekend at this year's York Christmas market.
Last Saturday an extra 10 thousand people visited, compared to the year before.
It's thought more people are travelling over from Leeds after their market was cancelled.
Sarah Loftus is from 'Make it York' who are one of the organisers and has this advice is you are going: "Earlier in the morning is better for people to come if they want to avoid the crowds. Between 10 and 12 in the morning is a good time to come."
