Teenager arrested after stabbing near York
A 16-year-old boy is in custody after a woman was stabbed in Strensall on Monday (February 06)
A 16-year-old boy has been arrested after a stabbing near York left a woman in hospital.
Police said they were called to Strensall by ambulance crews on Monday morning (February 06) following a "domestic incident".
The teenager remains in custody and officers are asking to speak to anyone who may have seen him in Strensall between 11.15am and 11.30am.
