Highest weekly Covid-19 hospitalisations in Yorkshire and The Humber
The North East and Yorkshire and the Humber had the largest increase in hospital admissions
Yorkshire and the Humber saw the highest weekly increase in England - for coronavirus hospitalisations - in the week to last Sunday.
With the latest Office for National Statistics data showing an increase in most regions.
However, more patients were admitted with Covid-19 in the North East - than anywhere else.
East of England and the South East were the only regions with a slight decrease.
And whilst hospital admissions continue to be higher among older age groups, it seems to be lower than the mid-Jan peak seen earlier in the year.
