Former Royal Air Force Corporal in Norfolk says Remembrance Sunday brings 'bag of mixed emotions'
This year's poppy appeal by the Royal British Legion has emphasised the need to support those who struggling with life after military service
A former Royal Air Force corporal- with 14 years of service- now living in Norfolk says today's Remembrance Sunday will be a 'bag of mixed emotions' for him and other veterans.
At 11 o clock, a two minute silence will be observed at war memorials across Norfolk.

"I got to service quite a few countries- from the Falklands to some countries in the Middle East- I really enjoyed my job and being able to work on a range of different vehicles and equipment.

"Mental health is a challenge for everybody particularly for anyone who has been in war-zone of any kind. They've seen and experienced things that few other people have.
It's some that can play havoc on your mind, so I'd urge all those have served to reach-out to each-other.
