Two women accused of murdering a Lancashire businesswoman have pleaded not guilty.

Two women accused of murdering a Lancashire businesswoman have pleaded not guilty.

60-year old Sadie Hartley was found stabbed to death at her home in Helmshore in January.

She was last seen alive at a conference in Manchester.

34-year old Sarah Williams of Blacon, Chester and 55- year old Katrina Walsh of Hare Lane Chester both denied murdering her via video link at Preston Crown Court today.

A trial has been set for 4th July and is expected to last for 5-6 weeks.
