Two teenagers charged over Rochdale Cenotaph Graffiti
'Free Palestine' was sprayed on the memorial earlier this week
Two teenagers have been charged with racially aggravated criminal damage - after "Free Palestine" was spray-painted on Rochdale's Cenotaph.
Greater Manchester Police made two arrests on Tuesday.
The pair - who are too young to be legally identified - have been released on bail.
It comes the same week as Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday when services and memorials will be held at the Cenotaph for those who've died in conflict.
