Family tribute to woman found severely burned on Bury street
Sarah Hussein died after being found at around 7:30pm on Friday
Relatives of a woman who died after suffering severe burns have said they will miss her "every moment of every day''.
Sarah Hussein, 31, was discovered on fire and severely injured from burns on East Street, Bury. Locals ran to her aid, wrapping her in a wet duvet until an ambulance arrived.
She was rushed to hospital but was pronounced dead a short time after the incident, at around 7.30pm on Friday July 31.
A murder investigation was launched and three men aged 34, 24 and 26 were arrested but have since been bailed pending further inquiries.
Detectives are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident, Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said.
In a tribute from Sarah's family, living in Pakistan, they said:
"Sarah was the person in the family that everyone turned to for help and support both financially and emotionally.
"She was a very nice, kind, polite person who worked hard every day to support us all.
"We are devastated by the news of her death and that we were not there to help her.
"We feel helpless being so far away. We will all miss Sarah every moment of every day.''
GMP said their inquiries into the circumstances of her death are continuing.
