Transplant Teen Receives Message from Becks
A Manchester teenager who needs a double-lung transplant has had a boost from David Beckham as she waits for life-saving treatment.
Chloe Hopkins, 19, has Cystic Fibrosis and has been told she only has two years to live unless she can find a donor.
She's now trying to get as many people as possible to sign the register.

As she anxiously waiting for the call to tell her a donor has become available, she has written a bucket list of things to 'tick off'.
These include meeting the United team, visiting America and meeting the singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran.

Chloe is now calling for England to follow in the footsteps of Wales and have an 'opt-out' donar register system.
