Police officers take on the community in 24 hour charity football match

Officers from Greater Manchester police are taking part in a 24 hour five-a-side football match in Oldham to raise money for a local youth project.

Neighbourhood teams from St. Mary's and the Town Centre will be playing 24 different teams, from school children to local businesses and all female teams at Mahdlo Youth Zone on Egerton Street.

It'll kick off at 7am on Saturday (25th November 2017) till 7am on Sunday (26th November 2017).

Raffle prizes have also been donated including signed memorabilia from the likes of Paul Scholes and the Manchester United Foundation.

All the money raised will go towards the Mahdlo Youth Zone
