Manchester commemorates Peterloo anniversary
Rain doesn't dampen event
Today marks 200 years since the Peterloo Massacre in Manchester.
That's when 18 people died and hundreds were injured during a demonstration on voting rights.
A permenant memorial's been built next to St. Peter's Square where it happened.
