A man has been charged with murder after officers were called at around 8pm on Saturday (20 November) to a report of a disturbance involving a number of people on Dantzic Street near Printworks.
Callum Crosbie, 22, has has been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester City Magistrates Court this morning.
Around 10 people were reported to have been involved in a disturbance and a 60-year-old man, who was a passer-by at the time and not involved in the initial disturbance, was assaulted and died at the scene.
