Man charged after Bolton robbery

A man's been charged with two counts robbery, having a bladed article and an offensive weapon after a shop was robbed in Bolton.

Police were called to the store on Blackburn Road just after 9.30am on Friday (27 January 2023) where a man was detained.

A 34 year old man from the town's due before magistrates on Monday (30 January).
