John Stones signs for City
The Everton and England defender has signed a 6 year agreement.
Manchester City have confirmed the signing of Everton and England defender John Stones.
Earlier he was listed as a City player in their squad for the Champions League play-offs on the UEFA website - before the deal was announced by either club.
In response to questions about it, the European governing body said:
“The squad had to be submitted before midnight last night, and that was the squad we received”.
Stones has agreed a six-year contract.
