Homelessness - Crisis or Nuisance?
Adam Catterall discusses Manchester's growing homelessness problem.
Recently on The Late Show, Adam discussed Manchester's homelessness problem. Councils in Nottinghamshire are starting to fine homeless people for causing a disturbance - he wanted to know whether this was the solution to getting more people off Manchester's streets.
During the show he received a call from a homeless man John who told us how he and his brother were both living on the streets. On the back of John's call the people of Manchester began to call in to offer their help and support, listen again here -
