Four year old boy seriously injured in crash in Eccles
Police were called to reports of a car hitting a pedestrian yesterday afternoon
A four year old boy is in a serious but stable condition in hospital after a crash in Eccles yesterday afternoon.
Police were called to Liverpool Road at around 3:30pm to reports a car had hit a pedestrian.
The boy suffered head injuries and is still undergoing treatment.
The driver of the car, a silver Ford Focus, remained at the scene and is helping police with the investigation.
No arrests have been made but police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who captured dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
