The parents of two terminally ill children from Cheshire have been given the go-ahead to take their fight for life-saving treatment to the High Court.

Eight-year-old Ollie Carroll - and his six-year-old sister Amelia - both have Batten disease, which causes a child to lose their ability to walk, talk and see.

A legal battle's underway to get a drug that's prolonging their lives approved on the NHS.

Their dad Mike told us it's making a massive difference.

It was ruled back in February that the drug was too expensive.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) are holding another meeting in Manchester later to discuss the decision.
