Manchester will kick the festive season off with a bang as the Christmas Lights Switch-On event returns to Albert Square.

Well known as one of the biggest Christmas parties in the UK, the event attracts thousands of visitors to the city centre to catch a glimpse of the spectacular switch-on show, with acts from some of the nation’s favourite performers.
